If you are unable to receive the product: If the delivered product is not received within the deadline and is returned, a re-delivery fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged nationwide. Please note that we cannot refund the product price before placing your order. In addition, if we do not receive a request for re-delivery within one week of the item being returned, we will assume that you have abandoned ownership of the item and will dispose of it at our discretion. In that case, we cannot refund the price. In addition, returned inventory will be stored for one month from the date of purchase. If you do not pay the re-delivery fee within the deadline, you will be deemed to have relinquished ownership of the item, and we will dispose of it at our discretion.
